    Getting There

    Walking

    Exit St. Peter's Basilica through the main entrance. Once outside, head straight towards the colonnade and walk towards the left side of St. Peter's Square. Continue along the path until you reach Via della Conciliazione. Turn left onto Via della Conciliazione, and follow it until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the bridge (Ponte Sant'Angelo) over the river and continue straight ahead. As you reach the end of the bridge, take a right onto Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Continue walking straight until you reach Largo di Torre Argentina. From there, take a bus or tram towards Trastevere. Get off at the 'Trastevere' stop and walk to V.le delle Mura Gianicolensi, which is about a 10-minute walk from the stop. You will find Villa Sciarra located at V.le delle Mura Gianicolensi, 11.

    Public Transport

    From St. Peter's Basilica, exit through the main entrance and walk towards Via della Conciliazione. Once you reach Via della Conciliazione, turn left and walk until you get to the bus stop 'Piazza San Pietro'. Take bus number 23 towards 'Piazza Venezia'. Ride the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at 'Piazza Venezia'. Transfer to tram number 8 towards 'Casaletto'. Ride the tram until you reach 'Trastevere' station. From 'Trastevere', it’s a short 10-minute walk to Villa Sciarra located at V.le delle Mura Gianicolensi, 11.
