    From Nara Station, take the Kintetsu Nara Line to Kyoto Station. Once you arrive at Kyoto Station, transfer to bus number 100 or 206 towards 'Keage' or 'Miyako Messe'. Get off at the 'Miyako Messe' bus stop. The Kyoto Museum of Crafts and Design is located at B1F of the Miyako Messe building, which is just a short walk away.

    From Nara Station, take the Kintetsu Nara Line to Kyoto Station. Once at Kyoto Station, exit and follow the signs to the subway. Take the Tozai Line (light blue line) towards 'Uzumasa Tenjingawa'. Get off at 'Keage Station'. Exit the station and walk straight for about 10 minutes. You will see the Miyako Messe building on your right, where the museum is located at B1F.

  • Taxi

    If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Nara. Just tell the driver 'Miyako Messe' or show them the address: 〒606-8343 Kyoto, Sakyo Ward, Okazaki Seishojicho, 9-1 B1F. The ride will take approximately 45 minutes depending on traffic.
