Miyako Messe is an 8-minute walk from the station. Alternatively, from Kyoto Station Bus Terminal, take Kyoto City Bus Route 5 or 100 and get off at Okazaki Koen/Bijutsukan, Heian Jingu-mae bus stop. The bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes. The subway fare is between ¥220-360. The bus fare is ¥230 for adults and ¥120 for children within the city center.
