Walking
From St. Peter's Square, head towards the main entrance of St. Peter's Basilica. Exit the square and walk straight along Via della Conciliazione. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the Ponte Sant'Angelo. Cross the bridge and you'll find yourself at the Tiber River. Continue along the riverbank until you reach the bus stop called 'Piazza San Silvestro'.
Bus
At 'Piazza San Silvestro', take the bus number 80 towards 'P.zza Venezia'. Travel for about 10 minutes and get off at 'Piazza di Spagna'. From there, transfer to bus number 5 or 14 towards 'Tivoli'. After approximately 40 minutes, get off at 'Tivoli - Largo Marguerite Yourcenar'. Hadrian's Villa will be a short walk from the bus stop.
Train and Walking
From St. Peter's Square, walk to 'Stazione di Roma San Pietro' (about 15 minutes walk). Take a train towards 'Tivoli' (make sure to check the schedule as trains may not run frequently). Once you arrive at 'Tivoli' station, exit and walk towards Largo Marguerite Yourcenar which is about a 20-minute walk from the station.
