Walking
From St. Peter's Square, head towards the entrance of St. Peter's Basilica. Exit the square through the main entrance, facing the Basilica's imposing façade. Once outside, turn left and walk down Via della Conciliazione. Continue straight until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river using the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. After crossing, turn right onto Lungotevere Castello, and then immediately left onto Via di San Giovanni in Laterano. Continue straight for a few blocks until you reach the intersection with Via del Corso. Turn left onto Via del Corso and walk straight until you reach Piazza Barberini, which will be on your right.

Public Transport (Bus)
From St. Peter's Square, walk to the bus stop located at Via della Conciliazione. You can take Bus 64 towards Termini. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the stop named 'Piazza Venezia'. From there, you can easily walk to Piazza Barberini by heading down Via del Corso, and then turning right onto Via Barberini, which will lead you directly to the square.

If you prefer a more direct walking route, exit St. Peter's Square and head towards the Via della Conciliazione. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Castello. Turn left and continue to walk until you reach the intersection with Via del Corso. Turn left again onto Via del Corso and continue walking straight until you see Piazza Barberini on your right side, just a short distance away.
