From St. Peter's Square, head towards the colonnades and exit through the right side towards Via della Conciliazione. Walk straight along Via della Conciliazione until you reach the Tiber River. At the river, turn left and follow the riverbank until you reach the Ponte Sant'Angelo. Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach Piazza Navona. From Piazza Navona, head north on Corso del Rinascimento until you reach Via del Corso. Turn left onto Via del Corso and walk until you reach Piazza Venezia. From Piazza Venezia, continue straight to Via IV Novembre, which will lead you to the Quirinal Palace at Piazza del Quirinale.
