Walking
From St. Peter's Square, head towards the colonnade at the front of St. Peter's Basilica. Walk straight through the colonnade and exit onto Via della Conciliazione. Continue straight until you reach the Tiber River, which will be on your left. Cross the river using the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. After crossing, continue straight along Lungotevere Castello. Follow this road until it becomes Viale delle Mura Gianicolensi. Villa Sciarra will be on your left at V.le delle Mura Gianicolensi, 11.
Bus
From St. Peter's Square, walk to the nearest bus stop at 'Piazza San Pietro'. Board bus number 44 towards 'Piazza Venezia'. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the stop 'Piazza del Risorgimento'. From there, switch to bus number 881 towards 'Eur Fermi'. After about 15 minutes, get off at 'Viale delle Mura Gianicolensi'. Walk a short distance and Villa Sciarra will be at V.le delle Mura Gianicolensi, 11 on your left.
