Walking
From St. Peter's Square, head towards the main entrance of St. Peter's Basilica. Once you are at the entrance, exit the square through the large colonnade. After exiting, turn left and walk through the Via della Conciliazione street. Continue straight for about 800 meters until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river using the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. After crossing, continue straight for a few more blocks until you reach the intersection with Via del Teatro di Marcello. Turn left onto Via del Teatro di Marcello, and then take the first right onto Via della Suburra. You will find Piazza della Suburra on your right after a short walk.

From St. Peter's Square, walk towards the nearest bus stop, which is located on Via della Conciliazione. You can take Bus 23 or 280. Board the bus and travel for about 5 stops. Get off at the stop named 'Piazza Venezia'. From there, walk towards Via del Teatro di Marcello. Turn left onto Via del Teatro di Marcello and then take the first right onto Via della Suburra. Piazza della Suburra will be on your right after a short distance.
