    From the Vatican Museums, exit the main entrance and walk towards Viale Vaticano. Turn left on Viale Vaticano and continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach Piazza San Pietro. At Piazza San Pietro, head towards Via della Conciliazione. Continue walking straight down Via della Conciliazione until you reach the Tiber River. Once you cross the river, turn right onto Lungotevere and continue walking. After about 1 kilometer, you will reach Via della Domus Aurea. The Domus Aurea will be on your left. This walk should take about 25-30 minutes.

    From the Vatican Museums, walk to the nearest bus stop at 'Cavalleggeri/S. Pietro' (approximately a 10-minute walk). Take bus number 64 towards 'Termini'. Get off at 'Piazza Venezia' after 6 stops. From Piazza Venezia, transfer to bus number 81 towards 'Stazione Trastevere'. Get off at 'S. Giovanni in Laterano' after 5 stops. From there, it is about a 15-minute walk to Via della Domus Aurea. Head southwest on Via di San Giovanni in Laterano, then turn left onto Via della Domus Aurea. The destination will be on your right.
