Getting There

Walking
From the Vatican Museums, exit the museum complex and head towards Viale Vaticano. Walk straight until you reach the Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square). Continue walking along the right side of the square until you see Via della Conciliazione. Cross the road and proceed to the Tiber River. Once you reach the river, turn left and walk along the riverbank. Keep walking for about 15-20 minutes, and you'll see the Ponte Fabricio ahead. It connects the Tiber Island to the mainland.

Public Transport (Bus)
From the Vatican Museums, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Viale Vaticano. Take bus number 982 heading towards 'Farini'. Ride for about 4 stops, and get off at the 'Piazza Venezia' stop. From there, walk towards Via del Teatro di Marcello, then turn left onto Via di Portico d'Ottavia. Continue walking straight, and you'll arrive at Ponte Fabricio.
