Walking
Exit the Vatican Museums through the main entrance. As you step out, turn right and head down Viale Vaticano until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Cross the street and continue straight onto Via di Borgo Pio. Follow this street until you reach the large intersection with Via della Conciliazione. Turn left onto Via della Conciliazione and walk straight until you reach the Tiber River. At the river, turn right and then take the first bridge, Ponte Sant'Angelo, across the river. Once across, continue straight, passing the Castel Sant'Angelo. Continue on Via di San Giovanni in Laterano until you reach Piazza San Giovanni in Laterano. From there, take Via Merulana and continue straight until you reach Piazza del Quirinale. The Quirinal Palace will be on your right.

Public Transport - Bus
From the Vatican Museums, walk to the nearest bus stop at 'Piazza della Città Leonina' (about a 5-minute walk). Take bus number 62 towards 'Termini'. Ride for about 10 stops and get off at 'Piazza Venezia'. From there, walk towards Via del Corso, and then take a left onto Via di San Lorenzo in Lucina. Continue straight until you reach Via delle Quattro Fontane, where you will turn right. Continue straight until you reach Piazza del Quirinale, where the Quirinal Palace is located.

If you prefer to take a taxi, head to the nearest taxi stand outside the Vatican Museums. Inform the driver that you want to go to 'Piazza del Quirinale'. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. The Quirinal Palace is located at the center of the piazza.
