Walking
From the Vatican Museums, exit the museum and head towards Viale Vaticano. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Turn left onto Via di Porta Angelica and continue walking until you reach the Tiber River. Once you reach the river, turn right and walk along the Lungotevere. Continue walking south along the riverbank for about 20 minutes until you reach Lungotevere de' Cenci. The Tempio Maggiore will be on your left.
Public Transport
From the Vatican Museums, walk to the nearest bus stop at 'Piazza San Pietro.' Take bus number 23 towards 'Piazza Venezia.' After 6 stops, get off at 'Lungotevere de' Cenci.' Once you get off the bus, walk a short distance towards the river, and you will find Tempio Maggiore directly ahead.
