For public transportation, take the Kyoto City Bus bound for Yoshida. You can board this bus from Kyoto Station or other major stops. Once you arrive at the Yoshida stop, get off and head towards Yoshidashimoadachicho. Walk towards 荼吉 (Kojin Bridge), which is a short 10-15 minute walk. The bus fare is approximately 220 yen from Kyoto Station.
