Getting There

• Walking

  From downtown Lawrence, head east on 9th Street towards Massachusetts Street. Once you reach Massachusetts Street, turn left and walk north until you reach 6th Street. Turn right onto 6th Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Kentucky Street. Turn left onto Kentucky Street and follow it as it becomes a residential area. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with 15th Street. At this point, you will need to navigate through the neighborhood, following the signs that lead towards the city park area. Once you reach the park, look for the signs directing you to the Eastern Point Lighthouse.

• Bicycle

  Start at the Lawrence Public Library on 7th Street. Head east on 7th Street and then turn left on Massachusetts Street. Continue riding north until you reach 6th Street. Turn right onto 6th Street and then take a left onto Kentucky Street. Follow Kentucky Street, which will lead you through a residential area. Keep biking straight until you reach 15th Street. From there, look for bike paths or signs that will guide you towards the park area where the Eastern Point Lighthouse is located.

  Catch the Lawrence Transit bus number 11 at the nearest bus stop to your location, heading towards the intersection of Massachusetts Street and 6th Street. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at 6th Street. From there, transfer to the bus route that heads towards the city park area. Make sure to check the bus schedule beforehand to avoid long waits. Once you arrive at the park, follow the signs to the Eastern Point Lighthouse.
