If you are in the downtown area of Lawrence, head east on Massachusetts Street. Walk for about 0.5 miles until you reach 6th Street. Turn left onto 6th Street and continue walking for about 1 mile until you reach the intersection with NH-1A. Turn right onto NH-1A and follow the signs to Hampton Beach State Park, which is approximately a 5-minute walk from that intersection.

Public Transit
From downtown Lawrence, catch the Lawrence Transit bus on Massachusetts Street. Look for the bus route that heads towards the East 23rd Street area. You'll want to get off at the East 23rd Street and Haskell Avenue stop. From there, transfer to a bus heading towards the Hampton Beach area. The bus will take you directly to Hampton Beach State Park, which is a short walk from the bus stop.

If you have access to a bike, start from downtown Lawrence and head east on Massachusetts Street. Continue until you reach 6th Street, then turn left. After about 1 mile, turn right onto NH-1A. Follow NH-1A for about half a mile until you reach Hampton Beach State Park. There are bike racks available at the park entrance for you to secure your bike.
