Bus
From downtown Lawrence, head to the nearest bus stop at 9th and Massachusetts Street. Board the Lawrence Transit System's bus route 1 towards the Lawrence Public Library. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes until you reach the bus stop at 6th and Massachusetts. Here, transfer to the bus route 11 towards the West Hills. Ride for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the stop at 6th and Kasold Drive. From there, you will need to walk for about 1 mile. Head north on Kasold Drive, then turn left on 27th Street which will lead you toward the park entrance.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local bike rental shops in downtown Lawrence. Start your journey by heading west on 6th Street. Follow 6th Street until you reach Kasold Drive. Turn left onto Kasold Drive and continue for about 1.5 miles. Then, turn right onto 27th Street and follow it until you arrive at the entrance of Rye Harbor State Park. Make sure to wear a helmet and obey traffic rules.

If you wish to walk to Rye Harbor State Park, you can start from the Lawrence Public Library located at 707 Vermont St. Head west on 7th Street then take a left onto Massachusetts Street. Walk south until you reach 6th Street and turn right. Continue walking on 6th Street until you reach Kasold Drive. Turn left on Kasold Drive and walk for about 1 mile. After that, take a right onto 27th Street and you will find the entrance to Rye Harbor State Park.
