Walking

From the center of Lawrence, head east on Massachusetts Street towards 7th Street. Continue walking straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with 7th Street. Turn left onto 7th Street and walk north. After about 0.3 miles, merge onto the Kansas River levee trail. Walk along the trail for approximately 1 mile until you reach the bridge crossing the river. Cross the bridge and continue straight, following the signs towards Charlestown. Once you arrive in Charlestown, continue straight on Main Street for a short distance until you reach Winthrop Street. Turn right onto Winthrop Street and your destination at 60 Winthrop St will be on your left.

From the Lawrence Visitor Center located at 402 N 2nd St, take the Lawrence Transit bus line 1 heading towards the East Hills Business Park. Get off at the 2nd and Massachusetts stop. From there, transfer to bus line 6 towards the Lawrence Municipal Airport. Get off at the stop for 7th and Main Street. Walk north on Main Street until you reach the intersection with Winthrop Street. Turn right onto Winthrop Street and your destination at 60 Winthrop St will be on your left.
