Walking
From the center of Nova Gorica, head towards the Nova Gorica Railway Station. Walk straight down the main street, Gregorčičeva ulica, for about 15 minutes until you reach the train station. Once at the station, take a train towards Udine. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. After arriving at Udine train station, exit the station and head northeast on Via G. Garibaldi. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Corso Cavour. Turn left onto Corso Cavour and then take the first right onto Via Vittorio Veneto. Follow this street until you reach Piazza della Libertà, which will be on your left.
Bus
From the main square in Nova Gorica (Trg Edvarda Kardelja), take the local bus towards Udine. You can check the bus schedule at the nearby bus stop. The bus ride takes approximately 40 minutes. Get off at the Udine bus station. Once you disembark, walk straight towards Via G. Garibaldi. Continue north until you reach the intersection with Corso Cavour. Turn left onto Corso Cavour and then take the first right onto Via Vittorio Veneto. Follow this street straight until you reach Piazza della Libertà, which will be on your left.
