Walking
From the center of Assomada, start at Praça da Igreja. Head north on R. 13 de Janeiro for about 500 meters until you reach the junction with R. da Liberdade. Turn left onto R. da Liberdade and continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto R. 7 de Setembro. Walk for another 1.5 kilometers. You will see signs indicating 'Tarrafal' along the way. When you reach the intersection with R. Liceu, turn left. Ponta d'Atum will be a short walk ahead, located at the address 76GR+4RC, R. Liceu, Tarrafal.
Public Transport
From the center of Assomada, walk to the main bus station located near Praça da Igreja. Look for a bus heading to Tarrafal; these buses run frequently throughout the day. Once on the bus, enjoy the scenic ride, which will take around 30-40 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to R. Liceu in Tarrafal. After getting off the bus, you will need to walk about 10 minutes. Head towards R. Liceu, and you will find Ponta d'Atum at 76GR+4RC.
