    From the Sistine Chapel, exit through the main entrance. Once outside, turn left and walk towards the Vatican Museums entrance. Continue walking straight until you reach the main street, Viale Vaticano. Cross the street and follow it as it curves to the right. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Turn left onto Via di Porta Angelica and continue straight until you reach Piazza San Pietro. From there, head towards the right side of the square and continue walking along Via della Conciliazione. After a few minutes, you will arrive at the intersection with Via del Gesù. Turn right onto Via del Gesù, and you will see Chiesa del Gesù on your left side in Piazza del Gesù.

    From the Sistine Chapel, exit and walk to the nearest bus stop located on Viale Vaticano. Board bus number 81 or 870 in the direction of Termini. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the stop 'Piazza Venezia.' From there, walk towards Via del Gesù. You can either ask locals for directions or follow the signs to Chiesa del Gesù, which is about a 5-10 minute walk from the bus stop.
