Walking
From the Sistine Chapel, exit the chapel and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once you exit the museums, turn right onto Viale Vaticano. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Cross the street and keep heading straight. As you walk, you will see the entrance to the Vatican City walls on your left. Continue walking until you reach the end of Viale Vaticano, where it meets Via della Conciliazione. Cross Via della Conciliazione, and you will find yourself in St. Peter's Square. From there, walk towards the main road, Via Gregorio VII, and follow the signs for public transport.

Public Transport
From the Sistine Chapel, walk back towards the Vatican Museums exit and head to the nearest bus stop, which is located along Via della Conciliazione. Take bus number 32 towards 'Piazza dei Giudici' and get off at the stop 'Piazza San Giovanni'. From there, transfer to Metro Line A at 'Termini' station, which is a short walk from the bus stop. Take the Metro towards 'Battistini' and get off at 'Flaminio' station. Finally, exit the station and walk for about 10 minutes to reach Stadio Olimpico, located at Viale dei Gladiatori.
