    Exit the Sistine Chapel and head towards the exit of the Vatican Museums. Once outside, turn right and walk towards the Vatican City walls. Keep walking straight until you reach the main road (Via di Porta Angelica). Cross the road and continue straight. After about 10 minutes, you will reach the Piazza San Pietro. From there, walk down Via della Conciliazione until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the bridge (Ponte Vittorio Emanuele II) over the river. After crossing, continue straight along Via dei Coronari. After about 15 minutes, you will arrive at your destination, Teatro di Marcello, which will be on your right at Via del Teatro di Marcello.

    From the Sistine Chapel, walk back to the Vatican Museums exit and head towards the nearest bus stop located at Piazza San Pietro. Take bus number 81 or 87 towards 'Piazza Venezia'. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at 'Largo di Torre Argentina'. From there, walk east along Corso Vittorio Emanuele II for about 10 minutes. Turn left onto Via di Teatro di Marcello, and you will find your destination on the right.
