    Walking

    From the Sistine Chapel, exit through the main entrance and walk straight towards the Vatican Museums exit. Once outside, turn right and walk along Viale Vaticano until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Cross the street and continue straight. You will eventually reach Via del Lago Terrione. Continue walking until you reach the Tiber River. From there, turn left and follow the Lungotevere until you reach Lungotevere de' Cenci, where the Tempio Maggiore is located.

    After exiting the Sistine Chapel, take a moment to enjoy the Vatican Gardens. Then, head towards the nearest bus stop located at the Vatican Museums. Take bus number 87, which will take you directly to Largo di Torre Argentina. From there, exit the bus, and walk straight until you reach the Tiber River. Turn left and walk along Lungotevere until you reach Lungotevere de' Cenci.

    Upon leaving the Sistine Chapel, proceed to St. Peter's Square. From the square, head towards the colonnade and exit through the left side. Walk along Via della Conciliazione, which will lead you to the river.
