From the Sistine Chapel, exit the Vatican Museums and head towards the main entrance. Once outside, turn left and walk along Viale Vaticano. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Leone IV. Turn right onto Via Leone IV, and then take a left onto Via Ottaviano. Walk straight until you reach the Ottaviano subway station. Take the Metro Line A towards Anagnina and get off at the Termini station. At Termini, transfer to Metro Line B towards Rebibbia. Get off at the Ponte Mammolo station. From there, it's a 15-minute walk to Villa Gordiani. Exit the station and head northeast on Via Prenestina. Follow Via Prenestina until you reach Villa Gordiani at Via Prenestina, 325.

From the Sistine Chapel, exit the Vatican Museums and walk to the nearest bus stop at Piazza San Pietro. Take bus number 64 towards Stazione Tiburtina. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at the stop called 'Piazza di Porta Maggiore.' From there, transfer to bus number 105 towards Via Prenestina. Get off at the stop 'Via Prenestina/Monte del Gallo.' Villa Gordiani is a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop. Head northeast on Via Prenestina, and you will find Villa Gordiani at Via Prenestina, 325.
