Walking
From the Sistine Chapel, exit the Vatican Museums and head towards the main entrance. Once you are outside, walk towards the left side of St. Peter's Basilica. Continue straight, passing through the beautiful Via della Conciliazione. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach the Ponte Sant'Angelo. Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach the main road. From there, take the bus number 240 towards 'Tivoli' and get off at the stop 'Villa Gregoriana'. The entrance is a short walk from the bus stop.

Public Transport
After exiting the Sistine Chapel, make your way to the nearest metro station, Ottaviano. Take Line A (the orange line) towards Anagnina and travel until you reach Termini Station. At Termini, transfer to Line B (the blue line) and head towards Rebibbia. Get off at the 'Tiburtina' station, and from there, you can take a regional train to Tivoli. Once you arrive at Tivoli Station, it’s about a 20-minute walk to Villa Gregoriana, where you'll follow the signs towards Largo Sant'Angelo.
